The lot
The rare single, rounded beans from our harvest, hand-sorted and graded separately for roasters who want an intense, concentrated cup.
Cherries are pulped and fermented, then washed in natural alkaline spring water from the mountain before drying slowly in the sun to ≤12% moisture. The result is clarity: a clean, structured cup.
