From seed to export
Full control of the value chain is how we keep specialty-grade consistency, long-term supply security and traceability you can check.

Seedlings of Sigararutang, Lini S-795 and Yellow Caturra are raised on the estate before they ever reach a slope.

Grown under forest canopy with the LMDH Tambag Guruyung forest-farmer community. No pesticides, no herbicides.

Hand-picked from April to August, taking only evenly ripe red cherries. Anything green stays on the branch.

Washed with alkaline mountain spring water, or taken through our honey and black honey methods, then dried to ≤12% moisture.

Roasted in-house by experienced roasters for our own brands, partners and cafés, with profiles from light to super dark.

Zero-waste processing. By-products are managed in a circular system that returns value to the farm.

The International Gravcomm Coffee Academy and the IPB University Teaching Factory train the next generation.

Around 75% of what we produce ships to buyers in Europe, Asia, Australia, North America and the Middle East.
